Wordless Wednesday….
I’ve never done a Wordless Wednesday before, because I am really a word person, but then I thought I’d share the vision board that I keep above my desk. It’s cheating really, because of course it’s a picture with a lot of words in it. But if you’re like me, much happier with words than images, and have struggled with making a vision board because it means cutting out and printing pictures that speak to you, why not try one of these?

I have a vision board which is sort of art and is now quite old. I am working on a new one – I have a huge canvas onto which I outline something and then using pva glue, kitchen roll and filler I make shapes. I have to have words on it so I write stuff, use words from magazines, but on the whole I want it to be art as a reflection of what I want and feel and the process is very enjoyable – I may just do a bit more of my new one today.
That sounds wonderful Jacqui! I hope you post a photo when it’s done.
Way to go! The nice part about Wordless Wednesdays, it’s all good! <3
You've made me want to do one!

Wow! Thanks for your comment, enjoy!
I am SUCH a big fan of the vision board, and this one has some punch! I think you’ve just inspired a blog post – I can feel it simmering away in my subconscious :D
Oh fantastic Mel. Look forward to seeing what bubbles up.
Wordless Wednesday, eh? Hadn’t heard of that one! As a fellow word lover, I can see how this one would be a toughie. Love that your board is filled with words! Love the board too.
Thanks for taking the time to comment. I might just be inspired to do another board now!
Wordless Wednesday? I had never heard of this, but I like it! I might just start my own Wordless Wednesday trend.
And make a vision board…that sounds neato too!
Fabulous! Hope you enjoy it.
Love your vision board. You’ve inspired me to consider making one. I think the idea of using pictures stumped me. Words though, words I can do. Thanks.
Ah, a like minded soul! So pleased you like the idea.
Your vision board look great and I love the words, never thought about putting words on the vision board but its a great idea, thanks for sharing!
And thank you for commenting Lena.
Love the idea of a wordless Wednesday… and I love my vision board too. I did it a few years back now and I know some people create new ones each year but I prefer to just enhance mine. It sort of lives with me as my dreams and visions grow xx
Wordless Wednesday is good for me as I am such a big mouth when I get my fingers on the keyboard! You’ve inspired me Nadine, I have a partly done one that I thought needed replacing but perhaps I could just update it…
I have used the back of my study door as a vision board, but I really like the idea of using just words.
It’s been there a while now, so might change it to just words!!
Oh I like the idea of a whole door – you could get a lot on there!
Beautiful Harriet – I love it!
Thank you Lyn x
A clever picture, Harriet, wordless with words!! Thanks for sharing!!
Thank you Michelle!
